Responsibilities for this role will include:

- Provide comprehensive training and support to a range of clients in the construction industry
- Manage product implementation for clients
- Maintain active relationships with key clients
- Respond to customer enquiries and software related issues
- Seek leads and referrals for the sales team
- Provide input into customer service strategy and direction

Skills

To be successful in this role you will ideally be an experienced Software Trainer with a strong knowledge of the Construction industry. You will have the ability to learn new software applications quickly and to keep a training group engaged. You will have excellent presentation and customer service skills, and the ability to identify and improve customer service processes.

This position is suited to a flexible, positive and energetic candidate who is not afraid of a challenge and has the passion and drive for service excellence. The applicant must be able to multi-task and prioritize their time accordingly, work under pressure and must have outstanding training skills. Experience in Construction, Architecture, and Consulting industries would be very well regarded.

Ability to speak Arabic and fluent English would be an advantage. Car and Drivers license essential.
