SUMMARY
Responsible for the technical support regarding all Company's products in the Middle East and North Africa, this manager assistant is responsible to contantly monitor our Company's product portfolio quality and as well as introduce, align and implement actions with Production and Quality Corporate Areas in order to be always improving our perception of quality in the market. His responsibility includes full support to the local network of distributors working trough their teams as well as assistance in their technical services to the main clients.

LEADERSHIP
Design, develop and implement pro-active actions in order to be always monitoring, together with our Network distributors' teams the quality of our products. To be able to identify and present in a consistent way the main advantages of the Company's products comparing to the main competitors in the region, assisting Marketing activities thus contributing to our Company's Brand equity in the Region.

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
Represent the company in the Quality Assurance area in Middle East and North Africa, responding to the Quality Assurance International Manager for the monitoring and improving of the Company's products in the region, assisting the International Sales Director on decision-making and problem-solving processes, as well guaranteeing a full coordinations between the Company's various departments and the local Network concernign technical general issues.

BUDGETING
Controlling the expenditures budget, mostly traveling and representations. Monitor the claims referring to quality of the products and services, assisting all the Company's areas involved on this process.

Skills

Essential Knowledge:
- Food Products Deep-Technical Knowledge.
- Advanced level of Portuguese and English Languages
- Computer usage.
- Commercial Knowledge is an added advantage.

Education

Bachelors Degree completed in : Food Engineering / Chemical Engineering
