Quality Assurance Manager Assistant

Managerial Accountabilities:
• Ensures all managers in his department have personal objectives and KPIs which cascade down the department deliverables, regularly reviews performance and provide annual performance rating for his direct reportees.
• Role models the ethics and values of the business, demonstrates cultural sensitivity, and maintains high personal visibility in his own and other departments.
• Plans and monitors training needs, provide professional coaching to managers to ensure that they have the professional capability to fully deliver in their role and that they are working on a personal development plan.
• Plans and supports talent management and succession planning within his department and ensures all senior managers have a career plan.
• Motivates employees and monitors employee satisfaction within his department and plans and executes plans to improve it.
Functional Accountabilities:
• Provide specific requirements on Annual Supply Agreements to each category manager in line with the guideline/negotiate some of the important contracts and review them before final approval.
• Set specific category requirements/strategy for each category on managing product categories and evaluate category performance to be inline with sales budgets & forecasts.
• Ensure the implementation of the pricing policy.
• Allocate & cascade the total commercial income (margin) by department to category managers based on the company directions & monitor the progress on regular basis.
• Meeting vendors with low availability as per the policy set by the Commercial Director and take necessary actions to overcome and resolve issues pertaining to it.
• Identify products for promotion and sets directions for the category manager(s).
• Negotiate promotional offers with major vendors, approves and present the promotional plan to marketing department.

Skills

• Have good negotiations skills
• 6 months - 1 year experience in stores operations
• 3-5 years experience in FMCG environment
• Knowledge of using Microsoft office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of using an e-mail software (Outlook)
